For this website to operate correctly it is important that you make a small number of changes
to your browser configuration, please follow the instructions below:
Click tools > Internet options > Security TAB >
Select 'Trusted sites' and then click 'Sites'
Add this site to the zone, ensure that 'Required server verification' is not checked. Click closed.
Ensure that popup blockers for trusted zone sites is disabled or allow this site to create popups via popup blocker settings
With 'Trusted sites' still selected click 'Custom level...' from the 'Security level for this zone' section
Scroll down the list and find 'Download unsigned ActiveX controls'
Click 'Enable' and then 'OK' twice to close the 'Internet options'
Login using the security details you have been given and select 'Preferences' in the left hand panel, ensure that 'Disable ActiveX technology' is not checked.
